Ingredients

  • For the filling:
    • 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
    • 1 large pear, peeled and chopped
    • 1 clementine, peeled and segmented
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup brandy or rum
    • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • For the crumble topping:
    • 1 cup plain flour
    • 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. In a large bowl, combine the filling ingredients. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the crumble topping ingredients. Use your fingers to work the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs. 4. Pour the filling into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the crumble topping. 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. 6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
