How to Factory Reset Your Fire TV Stick
With Remote
1. Safely eject expandable storage.
2. Press and hold the Back button and the right side of the navigation circle together for 10 seconds.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Without Remote
1. Connect your Fire TV to Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
2. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About.
3. Select Check for System Update.
4. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
5. Once the update is installed, your Fire TV will restart and be reset to factory settings.
